My tendency is to isolate when I feel this way because I don't want to be a "Negative Nelly." Does isolation really work and does it give me the relief I'm really looking for? I'm not sure it does. Actually now I know it doesn't.   Last week in the midst of these "3 Ds" I took different actions... I engaged with others, I: shared with the people around me what was going on and in a way that kept the emotions in my own space (aka be vulnerable). showed up to a holiday boutique even though I didn't want to and took interest in other people and their businesses volunteered at an association meeting I attended called several business friends and brainstormed some ideas participated at a network event   Wow, what a relief. My hope, enthusiasm and belief in what I'm up to came back and came back stronger than ever!   As Maya Angelou says... "No one but no one makes it alone."   Get around people, take interest in them, get the focus off of you and help more people!   Come be around us!
