Twitter co-founders Jack Dorsey and Evan Williams joined the world's billionaires with the company's IPO this week.
But they didn't get the biggest haul from the San Francisco micro-blogging service going public.
The biggest benefactor is secretive investment firm Rizvi Traverse, whose more than 85 million shares were worth $3.82 billion when the stock closed at $44.90 on Thursday.
Williams is the company's second biggest shareholder, with nearly 57 million shares. The $26 IPO price that was set on Wednesday put the value of his stake at $1.48 billion. With Thursday's closing price of $44.90 a share, Williams' stake is worth about $2.6 billion.
Chairman Dorsey's 23.5-million-share stake was worth about $610 million at the IPO price and $1.05 billion if its closes at $46. Dorsey's undisclosed stake in mobile payment company Square, which he co-founded and runs, is likely to add to his wealth if it goes public as expected next year.
Here is the full rundown of the value of the stakes of Twitter's biggest shareholders. The totals sometimes include stock options that can be exercised soon. This would reduce the total value of the holdings by the amount spent to buy the shares.
