Damien Georis (our winemaker) will be demonstrating a small production
bottling procedure. Then bottle your own wine to take home!
Traditionally this wine reflecting youth is bottled only 6-8 weeks after
harvest. The method of production makes this wine low in tannin and is
dominated by fruity flavors. PINOT NOUVEAU is perfect to serve at your
Thanksgiving table!
