The Garage on Hyde Will Start Selling Condos in Mid-September
If construction goes along as scheduled, The Garage on Hyde will start selling its very fancy condos on September 16. Pricing will be from the low $2Ms up to the low $3Ms for the seven luxury units, which range from about 1,700 to 2,800 square feet. Building amenities include (optional) 2-car parking for each unit using German Klaus automated parking system, deeded private storage lockers in the basement, and a shared roof deck accessible via elevator. Units 2, 4, and 7 are "available as unfinished shells allowing buyers to work with the project architects, Ogrydziak Prillinger, and the general contractor, Kevin Webb Construction, Inc., in making personal selections with respect to appliances, bath fittings, counters, interior finishes and cabinetry from the variety of Henrybuilt casework options."
Residence One is a 2-bed, 2-bath condo on the ground floor. Ceilings are over 12' and there's north, south, and west windows.
Residence Two is a "shell" unit, meaning the interiors haven't been finished yet so that the buyer can customize the unit to their liking.
Residence three is a 2-bed, 2-bath unit with a large laundry room.
Residence Four is another "shell" unit, and is currently configured as a 2-bed, 2.5-bath unit with a den and a laundry room.
Residence Five is a 3-bed, 2-bath unit with laundry facilities. It's not available at the moment.
Residence 6 is the 2-bed, 2.5-bath penthouse. Highlights include an 800+ square foot granite paved deck and a vertical garden with irrigation.
Residence Seven is another penthouse, though this one's a shell. It has views of the Presidio and the Golden Gate Bridge. There's also an 800+ square foot paved granite deck.
