The Garage on Hyde Will Start Selling Condos in Mid-September
If construction goes along as scheduled, The Garage on Hyde will start selling its very fancy condos on September 16. Pricing will be from the low $2Ms up to the low $3Ms for the seven luxury units, which range from about 1,700 to 2,800 square feet. Building amenities include (optional) 2-car parking for each unit using German Klaus automated parking system, deeded private storage lockers in the basement, and a shared roof deck accessible via elevator. Units 2, 4, and 7 are "available as unfinished shells allowing buyers to work with the project architects, Ogrydziak Prillinger, and the general contractor, Kevin Webb Construction, Inc., in making personal selections with respect to appliances, bath fittings, counters, interior finishes and cabinetry from the variety of Henrybuilt casework options."
