Silvar Golf Tournament 9/16/2013

Greetings!   The 14^th Annual Silicon Valley REALTORS® Charitable Foundation Golf Tournament is Monday, September 16, 2013.

 

Registrations and sponsorships are now being accepted for the 14^th annual tournament. This special event will be held on Monday, September 16 at the Los Altos Golf & Country Club, 1560 Country Club Drive in Los Altos. Registration starts at 11 a.m., Shotgun Start at 12 p.m. (Scramble Format), and the awards ceremony reception (no host reception) at 5 p.m.

 

Cost of $275 per person includes green fees, golf cart, lunch, and the awards ceremony reception. If you would like to attend the awards ceremony reception only, cost is $25. Register online at ims.silvar.org, or call SILVAR at (408) 200-0100.

The annual Charitable Foundation Golf Tournament is an opportunity for SILVAR members to help their communities while enjoying a spectacular day of golf. Proceeds from the event go to the Silicon Valley REALTORS® Charitable Foundation, which makes grants available to organizations to help youth, disabled or disadvantaged individuals, and low-income families and seniors in the communities where SILVAR members live and work. The golf tournament proceeds also fund the Charitable Foundation's annual Scholarship Program, which awards a $1,000 scholarship grant to 18 graduating seniors from public high schools in Silicon Valley. Last year, the Silicon Valley REALTORS® Charitable Foundation distributed $29,500 in grants, including $18,000 in college scholarships, thanks to members’ $52 annual contribution and support of the Charitable Foundation’s annual golf tournament.
