Potero Hill's Onyx Readies for its Opening, Releases Floor Plans
With construction moving right along, Potero Hill's newest development is gearing up for its close-up. Located at the intersection of 17th and De Haro streets, Onyx will soon debut its 20 condos to the market. There are nine 1-bedroom units, ten 2-bedroom units, and one 3-bedroom unit. Parking and bike storage will "be available" for condo owners, though we don't know if that means it's included or will come at an additional cost. Building features include a 2-story lobby with backlit onyx slab artwork, and a roof terrace with seating areas and a place to BBQ. Condo highlights include very fancy kitchens with hard-to-pronounce appliances, hardwood flooring, and LED lighting. There's also in-unit laundry. The sale's office is slated to open in October.
