Lets share what Banks look for credit wise from mortgage applicants.
1- Do you pay on time?
2- Are you under control? What is proportion of balances versus available credit?
3- Do you have 3-5 pieces of credit going back 2-years or more?
Nopw remember pay your bills, charge and pay in full each month, have the largest lines and keep balances paid in full (notice I said that twice), do not close out accounts, Have 3-5 accoiunts where you have regular activity, using credit to create wealth absolutely never works!
Call me about credit it is so darn important you must take it seriously.
