Follow:       Episode 100 - Getting the Most Out of "Ordinary" Moments   On this week's episode, I talk about my love for fishing and why it's a great opportunity for anyone with kids.           When I was about six years old, I remember a vacation with my granddad. He said, “I am going to take you fishing every day until you can’t stand it anymore.” Even at a young age, I could sit on a dock and fish for hours. I grew up fresh water fishing because we didn’t have enough money to go to the beach.   My boys love to fish too, but they have their differences. Austin loves it, thinks about it, reads about it, and will fish when there is something to catch. Adam will fish if there is water.   For me, fishing and hunting are not about always catching something.  We’re after the experience and being outside together. It’s time for noticing the little things that most people don’t see. It’s time for telling stories to each other.   Austin taught me such a huge lesson a few years ago when we were at home throwing the football. The sun was in our eyes and it was hot, but we were still having a lot of fun.  When the sun went behind the house, Austin stopped and said, “Dad, do you see? It’s not too hot, not too cold, we can see, and it’s just you and me. It’s just perfect.”     What topics would you like Andy to discuss on the podcast?
