Trust Silicon Valley invites you to attend an informational
workshop to learn about the Housing Trust's Homebuyer Assistance
programs. The Housing Trust has homebuyer assistance loan programs that
are available to first-time homebuyers.
- Mortgage Assistance Program (MAP) is a
second loan of 17% of the purchase price up to $85,000 that
assists eligible homebuyers to purchase a home in Santa Clara
County.
- Closing Cost Assistance Loan (CCAP) is a 3%
simple interest deferred second loan of 5% of the purchase price,
up to $20,000 that assists eligible first-time homebuyers to
purchase a home in eligible areas.
- Gap Assistance Program (GAP) is a 3%
simple interest deferred second loan of 20% of the purchase price,
up to $50,000 that assists eligible first-time homebuyers purchase
a home in eligible areas of Santa Clara County.
