Calamares Rellenos + Txakoli

Squid and Txakoli are a very special and traditional pairing in San Sebastián. With a nod to tradition, we have stuffed squid with caramelized onions and cuerno de toro peppers. We then sear them on the plancha, and serve them with a Txakoli spiked mayonesa for a unique take on a classic.

Equipo Navazos
La Bota de Fino

We're thoroughly impressed with the Fino we've received from Equipo Navazos! As some of you might remember, Navazos is not a winery, but a group of sherry connoisseurs who scout the wineries locating some of the best casks. Their bottling #35 comes from the same solera producing Valdespino's Fino "Inocente". This is a rare opportunity to taste a blend of some of the best casks in this particular solera. The wine was bottled one year ago, virtually unfiltered, proving some finos age extremely well in the bottle. Savory, saline, very mineral. Deep!

Morning Toast

We perfected this staple breakfast items by replacing the butter with our house made goat milk ricotta. The mild creamy flavor of the cheese blends perfectly with Michelle's nectarine jam. Pair it with a Cortado for a truly great way to start your day!

The Bodega opens at 8am on Mon, Wed, Thu and Fri and at 9am on Sat and Sun.

We're closed on Tuesdays.
