The Most Expensive Homes to Recently Come onto the Market

6-18-13mostexpen.jpegThis week we're changing up our usual routine of picking a specific neighborhood and listing the ten least expensive properties for sale. This time around we'll be listing the ten most expensive properties in San Francisco to hit the market in the past seven days. This map does not include multi-unit buildings—only single-family homes and condos are included. Of the 178 properties that recently hit the market, the ten most expensive range from a one-bedroom asking $3.5M to a $28.95M Billionaire's Row home that isn't even built yet. Let's get this party started!

Size: 6-bed, 6.5-bath, 8,820 square foot single-family home

Asking price: $11,750,000
Size: 9-bed, 7.5-bath, 9,398 square foot single-family home

Asking price: $6,600,000

Asking price: $5,250,000

85 Jordan, Laurel Heights
Asking price: $3,995,000
Size: 5-bed, 4-bath single-family home
