Good afternoon,
The MBS has improved 221 bps since Monday. That is a lot.
Although off today, the Dow has rebounded to 14,909.
The 10 year treasury is back under 2.5% at 2.48%.
Most of the attached rates are down. Some as much as .375%.
Some not at all.
