Cordero de Alhambra

Named for the most iconic remnant of the 700 plus year Moorish occupation of Spain, Granada's Alhambra, this dish of cinnamon and cumin scented lamb is an inspired nod to the warm climes of southern Spain. The lamb sits atop a bed of hummus and is garnished with manzanillo olives, piquillos, piparras, and garlic toast.

Last call for our Manzanilla en Rama!
Following the great success of the unclarified and unfiltered Fino Tio Pepe en Rama, we've recently received the impressive Manzanilla en Rama from the famed Hidalgo family. As most of you will recall, "En Rama" means "from the branch", meaning that it is as fresh as fruit picked straight from the tree. In this case, wine bottled right from the barrel, without further processing. The color of the juice -so yellow!- expresses how fresh is this delicate offering, full of apple core and chamomille. Because of its extreme freshness, this wine needs to go quick, and that's why we bought a very limited quantity. We've already gone through half of the shipment without even announcing it, so come and have a glass (or a bottle) while you can!
Manzanilla Hidalgo-La Gitana "En Rama"
$62 (bottle) | $31.5 (retail) | $9 (glass)
Sodas

Artisanal Home Made Sodas
For the perfect summertime thirst-quencher, try our delicious house-made sodas. Starting from scratch, our hyper talented pastry chef Michelle Lee crafts each syrup in small batches, highlighting the abundant seasonal fruit sourced directly from our local farms.
This month, we celebrate stone fruit, with a dark cherry soda topped off with freshly whipped cream, and a sublimely refreshing nectarine-cream soda. Don't miss the elegant strawberry-rose, or the classics- ginger lemonade and earl grey lemon.
Whichever flavor you choose, we invite you to raise your glass and drink to summer!
