have moved lower this morning ahead of today's housing data. The biggest event this
week will be Wednesday's Fed announcement. The Pending home sales index for
June fell 0.4% month-over-month. This was better than expectations for a 1%
fall. For the year, pending home sales were up 9.1%, beating expectations for
an 8.3% rise.
