Mobile ad startup Drawbridge said on Wednesday it has raised $14 million in a Series B venture round led by Northgate Capital.
The new funding values the company at about $45 million, AdAge quotes an unidentified source as saying. It brings the amount raised by the San Mateo company led by Kamakshi Sivaramakrishnan to $20.5 million.
Also participating in the new round were existing investors Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and Sequioa Capital.
Drawbridge was founded in 2010, and is working on ways to create profiles of individual web users that tracks what they do on the Internet across devices. Advertisers can use this information to know how best to serve them ads.
Sivaramakrishnan previously worked at mobile ad company AdMob and at Google after it acquired that company.
