	From the Kitchen Fideua for Friday Lunch!! Paella Fridays at Duende have become an Uptown lunch favorite. This week we will be offering a very unique "take" on paella; fideua! This Catalunyan classic is cooked and garnished in the same way, but instead of rice, short, well toasted pasta is used. A savory and textural delight, fideua will excite the palate and nourish the soul. Full details of this week's creation will be posted on our Facebook page. From his debut album Mythos (released on Larry Fasts' legendary Audion label in 1986) to his latest recording, Hologramatron  (featuring a lineup that includes bassist Michael Manring, drummer Celso Alberti, and vocalist Amy X Neuburg), Cleveland has pushed multiple musical boundaries simultaneously. The guitarist's solo performances involve using sophisticated live-looping techniques and electronics to create layered pieces ranging from intense and highly rhythmic to ambient and atmospheric. We are carrying on tap both the Chinook and Cluster brews. These beers are made with identical malt bases, so you are able to distinguish and experience the subtle nuances of each varietal. Come celebrate the hop harvest!! Equal parts wheated whiskey and sekanjabin (a shrub of sherry vinegar and mint), you may find yourself being overly hospitable, or wanting to spend the day at the horse track! We have decided on the former.           Wine  Gramona, the beautiful! We are thrilled to have on our list two cavas of the renowned Gramona family. This house is famous for their long-aged cavas,and for perfuming up their wines with the addition of tiny quantities of a very old, sherry-like liqueur. We are serving by the glass their best-seller, "Imperial", which combines subtle notes of ripe apple in a nutty background. We are also honored by the presence of their high-end "Celler Batlle", a very intense and expressive cava from 2002 that proves how complex the Catalan sparkling can become over time.
