Our agent suggested calling Alan for our mortgage
needs as we were moving from New Mexico to California. Through Alan's guidance,
we were able to complete the pre-approval process before even leaving New
Mexico, so we were ready to jump right in to the market here and not miss any
opportunities to make an offer on a property. He and his team were thorough and
