Why you should have your own agent and not be represented by the sellers agent.


Why have your own Realtor and not use the listing agent?

 

In more than 20-year I have seen an agent represent both buyer and seller properly a few times. When an agent takes a listing their duty is to the seller. Can you imagine working for someone and their competition comes in and you also represent them? In each transaction there is a time the two sides need a direction a side who gets their way. Not win or lose but a side best represented by one result.  Really difficult so get your own fierce negotiator , advocate, agent!
