Even after the level of available homes for sale set a record low level at
December 31st, inventory has increased slowly. Historically,
it still remains low and continues to mostly advantage sellers, making this a
hot market where multiple offers are the rule not the exception. This
situation is apparent in most areas of Santa Clara and San Mateo
counties. Take a look at my blog post for my latest comments on recent

chocolate. This month we’ll delve into the importance of credit scores
specifically ways to boost your score. A higher score usually translates
into lower rates and better terms from your lender. While your level of
income provides a lender with a key to your ability or capacity to pay your
bills, a credit score is your willingness. Rates are still low. If
