Hi, thanks for your spending time with us. I have a house with a large attic. If i develop this attic, I can potentially add another 1,500 of square footage of livable space. Specifically, I am thinking about adding a master bedroom with master bath. Would it be better for resale value to add additional outdoor space (maybe a deck) or another bedroom with bath? Also, based on your experience, how long on average do u think it will take and cost? I currently have an existing deck on the main floor but no yard.

  1. Thanks for this valuable post. It's very difficult to get loan if we have bad credit or low credit. Your post is valuable to those who have low credit score or bad increase score for their needs.
