ARUSS has something to say- how do buyers survive

The lack of inventory of homes has really brought a vivid supply and demand example to my every day conversations. The fight for a home, going to higher amounts, more down, remove contingencies. These are all things to make your offer the most appealing. Now what is best for the buiyer? Well now that depends on the situation. Right now we have 1000 homes listed when the number is typically 4000 or more. Buyers need to really get deep into their budgets, all the cash for a down they can muster, look at pre and post tax scenarios to understand maximums and points they do not want to exceed. Make a life choice by understanding how high you can go and this may mean you adjust what you are looking at price or neighborhood wise.
