Palo Alto-based Veritrix Inc. raised $2,445,874 in equity from two investors. Named executives in the filing include Francine Gani, executive officer and director; Paul Headley, executive officer and director; Karen Ma, executive officer and director; and Lou Pambianco, director.

San Mateo-based MyBuys Inc. raised $1 million in equity and debt from eight investors. The company said in the filing that the offering was convertible promissory notes and the underlying preferred and common stock issuable.
