That's a 28 percent increase since 2010.
The firms surveyed over 2,000 U.S. panelists in late January and early February, comparing Facebook fans and non-fans on product spending, brand loyalty, recommendations, media value, acquisition costs and brand affinity.
$174 is an average, and this number varies brand to brand. Spanish clothing retailer Zara saw the highest value according the survey, coming in at $405.74. Coca Cola was at the bottom of the pile, coming in at $70.16 a fan.
The survey also showed the differences between fans and non-fans. The average fan likes 10 brand pages at a given time, and an average of two-thirds of non-fans follow 10 or fewer brand pages.
