YouSendIt names Ned Sizer as CFO

Sizer replaces Renee Budig, who left in the fall to become CFO at CBS Interactive. She was the Business Journal's CFO of the Year in 2011 in the venture-backed category.
Sizer in the past has held financial executive positions at a number of companies, including Ancestry.com, Silver Spring Networks, Omniture and Macromedia.
"It's no secret that I strongly believe that culture has a significant impact on the success of a company. The executive management team is a reflection of where the company’s headed, not where it has been," CEO Garlinghouse said in a prepared statement.
Among other executives that he has hired in recent months at the Campbell-based company are:
— Eric van Miltenburg as senior vice president of international, business and corporate development.
— Kiersten Hollars as head of corporate communications.
— Matte Scheinker as chief product officer.
— Mike Trigg as chief marketing officer. — Lynne
