If you follow these rules, our success rate will be much better in getting
your clients back to you. What you will find is closing a loan with someone
who has bad credit is much easier. You are not competing with other Loan
officers for their business because they have already given up on your
potential client. This makes for an easier and more profitable close.
Our Process:
When you want to keep a lead in your pipeline that has poor credit and get
back to selling, providing your prospects' information to us easily is
important for your efficiency. Keep the following guidelines in mind and
the process will flow smoothly for you and your future client.
Communicate with
your client:
It is EXTREMELY
important that you communicate
with your client and get their approval before sending their information to
us. If I call and they don't know who I am by name, it
creates confusion and distrust for them. Simply tell your prospect that you cannot help them
at this time, BUT you do know someone who can that has had some amazing
results. Ask for permission to share their credit report
and tell them to expect a call from Rising Point Solutions. If you like, send
them the template email I have attached for even better communication. (The
template is for Outlook so you just have to click on it and enter their
email address and your company name or if you don't have Outlook you can
copy and paste the words from the Word document to email.)
What we need from
you:
Once you get their
approval, we need this from you:
- Name
and best contact number in the subject line of your email
- Additional
contact information (other phone numbers, best time to contact and email
addresses) & any information you would like to share with us in
the body of the email
- Attach
the credit report

Once one of your clients has enrolled in our program, they will be
trackable through the Online Client Tracking System with the
username and password I have sent you. For the referrals that have not
enrolled yet, I will send you an update email every week on Monday about
their status and situation.
