10 least expensive properties in the city

The Ten Least Expensive Properties for Sale in the Excelsior

Screen%20shot%202013-04-23%20at%209.08.40%20PM.pngThis we've combed through the listings to find you the cheapest residential real estate that the Excelsior has to offer. Neighborhood boundaries are above (click the map for a larger view) and are set by the realtors. Inventory in San Francisco is unusually low, but the Excelsior currently has 21 listings. All of the homes on our map are up for grabs, meaning we didn't include any house or condo that's in contract. Some observations: almost all of the listings we've mapped are single-family homes and more than half are less than $500K. Without further ado, the Excelsior's 10 cheapest abodes.
