WePay, the Palo Alto startup that helps small businesses accept credit cards, on Tuesday named Susan Dunn as general counsel and Susan Oda as vice president of finance.
The moves by the company led by Bill Clerico come after it launched its mobile product last month.
Dunn was previously general counsel of PayCycle, Bill.com and oDesk. She began her career at Fenwick & West and at one time clerked for U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor.
Oda previously worked at Intuit in its small business division and corporate finance and at Hewlett-Packard.
WePay started in Boston in 2008 and moved to Palo Alto after going through the Y Combinator accelerator in 2009. It has raised more than $19 million in venture and seed funding, including backing from Ignition Partners, Highland Capital Partners and August Capital.

  1. Finance execs can really put in work for WePay business relations. They need to implement some way to sell structured settlement without hassle. It could really benefit the entire company.
