IPO-bound Good Technology lures HP, Cisco, Motorola vets

Dan Stoks, VP and general manager of HP Software, Americas, is the Sunnyvale mobile device management company's new chief revenue officer.
Lynn Lucas, VP of global collaboration marketing at Cisco, is Good's new chief marketing officer.
Cheryln Chin, a VP of marketing and business development at Palo Alto-based Cloud TC, is the company's new senior VP of operations. She previously held several executive positions at Motorola, including being in charge of product management for the company’s Android-based smartphone portfolio.

Sunnyvale-based Good counts among its customers more than 3,800 organizations worldwide including eight of the top 10 financial services firms and five of the top 10 healthcare organizations in the Fortune 100.
It specializes in helping organizations to securely collaborate and manage their information on mobile devices.
Good last month reportedly hired four investment banks to explore the potential of going public later this year.
A Wall Street Journal blog cited unnamed sources who said Morgan Stanley,Barclays PLC, Bank of America Corp., andCitigroup Inc. are the banks working on the deal.
It is believed that Good could be valued at over $1 billion when the IPO happens.
The company started in 1999 as a hardware developer focused on MP3 players, adding software for Blackberry devices in 2001.
