Question of the month
The stock market has not only reached historic highs this quarter but has demonstrated its best performance in 15 years.  What do you think of the prospects for stocks moving forward?  Please let us know your thoughts - e-mail us at info@CognizantWealth.com

Tax returns due by April 15
Not only are your tax returns due, but estimated tax payments for the first quarter are also due.  For your tax return, the IRS recommends e-File and the State of California recommends CalFile.  Both are free.  You can find more information on filing your federal tax returns at http://www.irs.gov/Filing and for estimated tax payments at http://www.irs.gov/Businesses/Small-Businesses-&-Self-Employed/Estimated-Taxes.  For California returns, go to ftb.ca.gov and select CalFile, or go to http://www.ftb.ca.gov/online/payment_choices.shtml for estimated payments.
