More on todays market rates off a little

After starting with small gains, MBS have moved a little lower this morning. The big news today will take place this afternoon with a Treasury auction, the Fed Minutes, and a speech by Bernanke. The FOMC Minutes from the June 19 Fed meeting will be released at 2:00 et and could have a major impact. The results from the 10-yr Treasury auction will come out around 1:00 et. Fed Chief Bernanke will be speaking around 4:10 et. No economic data will be released today.
