Housing Trust
Silicon Valley invites you to attend an informational workshop to learn
about our Homebuyer Assistance programs. The Housing Trust has four
homebuyer assistance loan programs that are available to first-time
homebuyers.
The Mortgage
Assistance Program (MAP) is a second loan of 17% of the purchase
price up to $85,000 that assists eligible homebuyers to purchase a home
in Santa Clara County. The Closing Cost Assistance Loan (CCAP) is
a 3% simple interest deferred second loan of 3% of the purchase price,
up to $15,000 that assists eligible first-time homebuyers to purchase a
home.

Housing
Trust Silicon Valley is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit community lender funded
by contributions from local companies, individuals, and government
entities. The PAL is operated by the San Jose Consortium, a partnership
of Housing Trust Silicon Valley, City of San Jose and Neighborhood
Housing Services Silicon Valley. Funding is made available under the
American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009, a federal
stimulus designed to stabilize neighborhoods and revitalize the
economy.
