The 4-story, 6-bed, 5-full, and 2-half bath mega mansion clocks in at 11,000 sq. ft. and was designed in 1922 by San Francisco starchitect Fredrick H. Meyer. The property has bells and whistles galore, but we think one of its most unique features is an outdoor pool (yes, it's heated), a real rarity in San Francisco. It's now being reported that 2950 Broadway quietly sold last month for $35,000,000, or $3,182 per square foot. That makes the property the most expensive single-family home sale in the history of San Francisco.
