Prime Piece of Billionaire's Row Sells for $35M, Sets Record

Last year we told you that 2950 Broadway on Billionaire's Row sold for $29.5M. The 4-story, 6-bed, 5-full, and 2-half bath mega mansion clocks in at 11,000 sq. ft. and was designed in 1922 by San Francisco starchitect Fredrick H. Meyer. The property has bells and whistles galore, but we think one of its most unique features is an outdoor pool (yes, it's heated), a real rarity in San Francisco. It's now being reported that 2950 Broadway quietly sold last month for $35,000,000, or $3,182 per square foot. That makes the property the most expensive single-family home sale in the history of San Francisco. A few commenters did some digging and it looks like Alexis and Trevor Traina are the buyers.
