Yahoo has sent welcome packages to former employees as an effort to get them to come back, according to TechCrunch.

Yahoo Inc. is sending its official welcome packages to some former employees, with the word "back" written on them.
According to TechCrunch, the packages are an effort by Yahoo recruiting to reach "ex-VPs, low-level engineers and PMs" who used to work for Yahoo. The packages include details about how much has changed since Marissa Mayer took over, according to the report, and offering "big opportunities."
