After four years of living in the top unit and finding out that his roof had views of the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz, the Palace of Fine Arts and Downtown, Fred decided to look into doing a major roof top project. He reached out to several architects, and settled on Studio Peek Ancona to build the ultimate roof deck party spot. It took a year to get the permits and about eight months for the total build. Total cost was a little over $200K. The area has multiple levels and features a putting green, outdoor television, hot tub, heating lamps, and a great place to watch Fleetweek and any activities happening on the Bay.
