Sunnyvale scored a major coup last
month with Twitter Inc.’s decision to lease a satellite office
in the South Bay city. At only 8,000 square feet, it’s a small foothold. But as
Dave Sandlin of Colliers,
who was on the landlord’s leasing team, told me that San Francisco-based Twitter
wanted room to expand so its footprint could grow.
Think of the deal as a boost for the Valley’s psyche. Who could forget all
