Home Prices Post the Biggest Increase in 7 years

 Home prices posted their biggest annual increase in seven years in March, 
according to analytics firm CoreLogic. Home prices jumped 10.5 percent year over 
year in March compared to a year earlier, and rose 1.9 percent from February,

what we’ve been seeing for the last 12-16 months in San Francisco. Virtually all 
of our statistics are at historic or near-historic readings: number of homes for 
sale way down, months supply of inventory way down, percentage of listings
