Cisco Systems Inc. sold off 150 acres of bare land in Fremont, part of which was once eyed for a new Oakland A's stadium.

Integral Communities, a Newport Beach-based developer of residential and mixed-use projects, acquired the property, according to Alameda County records. The massive site is located in the Pacific Commons development west of the Fremont Auto Mall, near the intersection of I-880 and Auto Mall Parkway. This is Cisco's second major land sale in recent weeks.
