Alan what questions should I ask?

This question comes up often asking me what questions to ask as a homebuyer. I say keep it simple focus on monthly payments, cash required to purchase and look closesly at your net income. We can impact our net through exemption changes on w-4 form. But first and foremost focus on the how much does it cost questions. I think often we as people get scared or lost in the word of jargon or an industry jarson. Remember be a 5-year old keep asking why??? This is your money, your investment and your financial future.
