35 Dolores breaks ground in SF

35 Dolores Project Finally Breaks Ground Near Market Street

Just under three years ago we told you that Levy Design Partners was planning to raze the nearly 100-year-old service shops at 25-35 Dolores and construct a 4-story residential building in its place. Today construction crews are demolishing and clearing the site for the 47 studio, one-, two-, and 3-bedroom units. The area, near the intersection of Market and Dolores, is already a hotbed of new projects, including 2001 Market, where a Whole Foods will be located with 82 new condos. Expect to see more congestion and traffic near this busy Mission Dolores intersection as construction moves towards an August, 2014 completion.

Yet another boring building of the 2000 style to built. It's about time developers realized that this city deserves a whole lot better then these cheap half hearted designed sheds.
