The buyers fast break

I wanted to take a minute to discuss buyers and what they encounter during times of multiple offers or competition. Lately seen a lot of folks going right to listing agent. It is nearly impossible to truly represent both sides properly. often listing agent refers out to another agent. That agent meets the buyers possibly right before the offer. Not alot of time to understand dreams, goals, plans with someone is it/ My advise first get pre approval done and then really go through numbers so you can own these numbers and finish the money talk. Then hire your agent and use them to help find opportuinities and to coach you on best ways to have offers accepted. Must work as a team otherwise you may not be represented or when we hurry you may not get all of your questions answered and that does not work. This is the largest financial step we take so take it carefully with your eyes open.
