Despite stronger than expected economic data and a stock market rally, MBS have moved higher this morning. November Industrial Production jumped 1.1% from October, well above the consensus of 0.5%. This was the largest increase since November of last year. Empire State rose a little, but fell short of expectations. Productivity was very close to the consensus. No more economic data will be released today.
