Khosla Ventures replaces Yuri Milner on Y Combinator VC fund

Y Combinator said in a blog on Monday that Milner is spending less time on seed investments these days.
Khosla joins three other firms that each kick $20,000 into every Y Combinator company. The others are Andreessen Horowitz, General Catalyst and Maverick Capital. All of the firms involved also provide counseling to startups in the program.
The current program succeeded Y Combinator's Start Fund, which was set up by Milner and SV Angel. That program invested $150,000 in each startup, but the amount was cut back when the new fund started.
"Y Combinator's track record of identifying and mentoring bold entrepreneurs is amazing and the Khosla team is excited to be a partner for the next generation of YC entrepreneurs," Keith Rabois of Khosla Ventures was quoted as saying in Monday's blog.
