If You Could Effortlessly Change One Habit in 2014, What Would You Change?

It's hard to believe it, but 2014 starts in just a few weeks. Whether you make official New Year's resolutions or not, the milestone of a new year often acts as catalyst for change.
For my forthcoming book on habits, Before and After, I've researched and thought a lot about how people make and break habits. Many of the same habits come up over and over.
If you could magically, effortlessly change a habit in 2014, what habit would you choose? Why? Be specific. If you want the habit of "Eat healthy," for instance, what actions would that habit include? How exactly would you eat differently from the way you eat now?
Have you tried to change this habit in the past? Or have there been times in your life when you could keep this habit, even if it's challenging for you now?
