UPCOMING LENDER WORKSHOP
Housing Trust Silicon Valley has three available Homebuyer Assistance Loan programs that help low to moderate income families purchase a home in Santa Clara County.

Guidelines and applications are being updated!

Lenders, Mortgage Loan Originators and Loan Officers wishing to participate in submitting loan applications for any of our programs are required to attend a lender training workshop.

The workshop will cover the following:

*Pre-approvals for GAP, MAP, & CCAP
*Completing a loan application
*Underwriting guidelines for all programs
*Processing and funding timelines
