The design is by architect Tom Taylor of Taylor Lombardo. The listing tells us that this "is a unique opportunity to purchase and be part of the finished design or purchase the lot with entitlements to build for $18M."
2950 Vallejo, Pacific Heights
This Neo-Tuscan mansion came on the market last year asking $19,500,000. It's now asking $16,995,000. The 8-bed- 5.75-bath abode played host to the 2011 San Francisco Decorator Showcase. The Oakland Tribune published a rumor in 1940 that Princess Stephanie von Hoohenlohe, a "notorious member of Hitler's spy organization," went into hiding here around that time.
