William Wurster Russian Hill beauty

Russian Hill William Wurster-Designed Stunner Hits the Market

If architectural pedigree is your thing, do check out 2424 Jones in Russian Hill. The home was designed in 1961 by San Francisco favorite William Wurster, and was completely redone in 2007. The redesign was so well received that it was awarded the Design of the Year by the American Institute of Architects. The 4-bed, 3-bath, 4988 square foot contemporary abode landed on the market just over a week ago asking $5.995M. Love it and want to make an offer? Cross your fingers, because it's already in contract.

The exterior doesn't do the interior any justice. You would think there would be more of a curb appeal for a house with a nearly $6 million asking price.
Fabulous!
D, as Mrs. Wurster famously said, "Only Bill can make a $10,000 house look like a $5,000 house."
